ASSOCIATE OF THE ROYAL PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIETY
During the late 1970's and the early 1980's Frazer gained a reputation for his imaginative rock and theatre photography. His subjects included such legends as Charlie Chaplin, Gene Pitney, The New Seekers, Rod Stewart, David Bowie, Elton John and Dr Hook. His images were seen in newspapers and magazines as well as being featured in one-man exhibitions around the UK and America.
In November 2011, Frazer was appointed the official ‘Fairfield at 50’ photographer.
The Fairfield Halls in Croydon, which incorporates The Ashcroft Theatre and The Arnhem Gallery is South London’s premier entertainment venue and celebrates its 50th Birthday in November 2012.
To mark the event, Frazer will be documenting this, the 50th year, in pictures. Subjects will include actors, rock stars and film and television celebrities as well as staff and audience members for an exhibition following the actual birthday celebrations..
Subjects already covered include classical and rock concerts, musicals, a pantomime and American Wrestling.
